The LanguageStays Au-Pair Programmes are specifically designed for you to learn languages, travel and enjoy the culture of your chosen destination while living with a host family and help them with their children’s care and other simple tasks of everyday life.
You can also combine it with any other programme or course offered by LanguageStays (e.g., academic year abroad) to improve your resume and live an incredible experience.
Steps to be an au-pair:
The selection process for LanguageStays Au-Pair Programmes is different from other programs we offer, and we have to ensure that this programme is really good for you.
Step 1: You will register with us (LanguageStays). We interviewed you by phone.
Step 2: You send us your personal documentation (security clearance, letters of recommendation, etc.).
Step 3: We pre-select a host family according to your characteristics, preferences and language level.
Step 4: The host family and you talk on the phone and decide whether you would like to continue the process.
Step 5: You process the visa and other arrangements (with our help).
Step 6: Congratulations, your host family awaits you!
